Weakness: is collected throughout internet, doesn't appear to be original work.
Popups? junk mail ad pop up when you enter main page, pops when enter some categories, pop to another site when leaving. Has a pop up generator that can't be turned off, beware!
Directions: scroll down, on the left hand side beside the green box is their categories.

About.. Clipart - An excellent resource to help you find the clipart you are looking for. About does the categories and then the links go directly to the clipart of various sites through the internet.

Absolute Cross - Strength: lots of content to read like webmaster resources, tips, good number of nice clipart
Weakness: find anything boxes do not help you find clipart, they search the internet.
Popups? No
Directions: Scroll down to the very bottom, where it says, resources tips graphics...', click on graphics. scroll down to where it says 1000's or clipart images, scroll down and select your favorite category, scroll down and you will see images.

Weakness: clipart common with a few other sites
